We will take care of the insurance forms and arrange an intake meeting to discuss your current problems. In our first meeting, we will talk about program services suitable to your situation and a rehabilitation plan to meet your goals. We will create a report and Treatment Plan outlining the specifics of the recommended program and forward this to your insurer. Once the Treatment Plan is approved, we will work with you to fine tune the specifics of the program. If the service is a Work Hardening Placement program, we will work with you to make arrangements suitable to your current situation. The type of role and work environment for the program will be relevant to your skills, experience and abilities. We can arrange a placement that is within reasonable travel distance from your home, and provide a graduated program that allows you to progress at your own rate. Our programs are flexible to allow you to reach your goals in a way that makes the most of your strengths and experience. We will provide you with support to learn applied pain management strategies to improve your tolerances and abilities. This type of program will help you find out for yourself about your suitability and readiness for your particular vocational goal.
